Looking to return your order? No problem. If a product you purchased from Track Saints does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Please review the details of our returns policy below.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Approved returns are eligible for a refund or store credit, depending on the item and condition.
Final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Track Saints is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as store credit once the returned item is received and approved.
For urgent exchanges, we recommend placing a new order. Store credit will be issued once your return is processed.
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and components where applicable
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or components
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@tracksaints.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Please ensure your order number is clearly included inside the package.
Important Notes
Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a processing fee, deducted from the refund or store credit.
Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Store credit, where issued, is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
